What exactly are they?

With some home accessories you see the option 'Opportunities', but what is this actually?

OPPORTUNITIES are home accessories that do not pass our quality control.

This means that, for example, a beautiful lantern, vase, luxury candlestick or other home accessories do not meet our requirements that we, as a team, have drawn up in order to offer a good, high-quality, luxurious & exclusive range in our shop. Another reason may also be that home accessories have suffered minor damage in our warehouse.

We have carefully checked the product and are happy to give it a new life. Of course with a nice discount and the same conditions.

When you look at the description, you will find more information about the condition of the product and - if applicable - photos of the damage. This way you can make a well-considered choice: choose a new product or the same product with minor damage, but attractively priced. 'Bad chance' products may have the following cosmetic flaws:

• Beauty flaws
  These home accessories are in new condition, but for our requirements, which we adhere to, they have a little too many pits, too large a pit, blisters, stripes, a dent, a scratch, etc. etc. Does that mean that the product is not beautiful? NO DEFINITELY NOT!! Only we want to give our customers the best and these fall just outside of that. But they are still BEAUTIFUL! and can also fit very well in any interior! Our team actually likes them better because these are the perfect characteristics of handicraft!
  
• Lightly damaged
  The product is actually new but only contains some scratches dents. This damage does not affect the operation of the product. Photos have often been added showing the damage.

Delivery

Of course, our 'Buitenkansje' products are also quickly delivered 'to your home'. The same conditions apply that we apply to everything.

Returns

Our return conditions also apply to GOOD OPPORTUNITIES. We understand that it is sometimes difficult to assess the condition of the product via a screen. That is why we also offer a trial period of 14 days for the Buitenkansje home accessories. During this period you can inform us that you want to terminate the agreement. After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the products. This is done in the original condition and original packaging, of course if reasonably possible. This is of course the condition in which you received the product. If you use the products in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the products, we may charge depreciation for this. Please note that the costs for returns are for the customer.

Guarantee

The warranty also applies to 'Buitenkanje' products, with the exception that no warranty can be invoked for the defect or damage that we have mentioned with the product on our website.

Conditions

• Gift vouchers | E-Gift cards can be exchanged when ordering 'Buitenkansjes' accessories.
• Discount codes and the newsletter discount are excluded.
• Promotions, such as promotions for free products or cashback, do not apply to 'Buitenkanje' products.
• The prices are fixed and are not negotiable.
• The discount is always calculated based on the current sales price of the product and is therefore subject to change.

The Vase The World (VTW) collections consist of high-quality products.

Vase The World has a very wide range of mouth-blown vases with a sleek appearance, a feast for the eyes and for the flowers. The glass collection is partly made from recycled glass. Sustainable, handmade, innovative and environmentally conscious. VTW is always looking for special collections or has its own designs produced.

Please note, because these vases are made by hand, there may be some minor imperfections, streaks & possible color differences. This is the charm of handicraft and also makes the accessory unique. The Y&M team does its best to always put together a set as best as possible. Color nuances are sometimes difficult.

*It may happen that one item has a Vase The World logo and not the other. We have no influence on this, this is a choice made by the supplier itself!
