QUESTIONS: "WHERE IS MY ORDER?"

As stated on the website and in the confirmation email, Y&M Home Creations currently has a shipping time of 1 to 4 working days . How we calculate this is also clearly explained. It could be that it is 1 day longer, but this is clearly indicated everywhere.

As soon as your package is packed and ready to ship, you will immediately receive an email with your track & trace code. You will also be informed at various times by DPD!
Why then a track & trace?: The team does this on purpose so that you cannot receive a notification earlier that your order is going to be delivered and then it is not delivered. This saves a lot of irritation | confusion & frustration. The team also asks that you please only contact customer service if you have not heard anything by the 5th working day! The team is happy to take a little more time to pack your order properly.

Pick up order
Y&M Home Creations offers a FREE pick-up service. This is by appointment!
Opening hours : Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Possibly in consultation during the weekend. Always closed on Sundays!!

Point of sale / Shop
Unfortunately, we stopped offering part of our range at a point of sale at the beginning of 2023. We may try it again in the future, but for now we will only stick to our webshop. Do you have a sales point and do you think that our accessories can be a nice addition to your shop (concept store)? Please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities. Who knows, a great collaboration could come about.
