- Have you seen something on the website of a certain brand / supplier / wholesaler?
- Do you have a question about whether Y&M can obtain a specific item and it is not on the site?
- Are you looking for accessories / small furniture but you can't really figure it out? The Y&M team can perhaps help you with that too?
There are certainly possibilities that the Y&M Home Creations team can often order it for you, so always ask if there are options. Y&M can do more than what you might know.

- Most communication will go via WhatsApp. This is also the easiest because of the photos/videos.
- Everything is done in consultation with you. The Y&M Home Creations team will not take any steps without your permission.
- If you would prefer to have a quote made first, that option is always available. In any case, for orders over €250.00, we first make a quote before we proceed with ordering.
- For us, Y&M Home Creations, this service falls under the Personal Shopping service.

Definitions in the terms and conditions
In these conditions the following definitions apply:
1. Consumer : the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
2. Entrepreneur : the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers;
3. Right of withdrawal : the option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract;
4. General Terms and Conditions : the present General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Y&M Home Creations offers this service with 2 options:
Option 1. "I'm not in a hurry" | This service is without obligation and free.
The entrepreneur will inquire with the supplier at his own request or if the entrepreneur goes to the wholesaler, they will check for the consumer what possible options are available. This option is not time-bound for the entrepreneur. Of course they keep the consumer informed of everything.
Option 2. "By appointment" | This service is only available for a fee.
If the consumer really wants the entrepreneur to be a personal shopper by appointment, for a certain period, then it will be a different collaboration and the entrepreneur will be forced to charge additional costs. These costs are based on an hourly rate and the number of kilometers that have to be driven.
The costs for this option are:
Hourly rate: €15.00 - €25.00
Kilometer surcharge: €0.25 p/km

- The entrepreneur will provide as much detail as possible of the item such as sizes, color, etc.
- The entrepreneur offers this service by paying in advance.

Payment:
This service is only offered via prepayment! Via a Tikkie or via IDEAL. Payment afterwards is not possible, provided the entrepreneur approves this in consultation.

As soon as the entrepreneur has to place an order for the consumer or if the entrepreneur is at the wholesaler and the consumer wants the entrepreneur to take the item with him, with the consumer's explicit consent, the entrepreneur asks the consumer to first make the payment . The entrepreneur will always indicate what the conditions are there.
- If the entrepreneur is at the wholesaler, this payment is made via a TIKKIE.
- If the entrepreneur still has to order the item, payment is made via IDEAL.
After payment, the entrepreneur will ensure that the item is delivered to the consumer. This is done in the same way as every order placed with an entrepreneur. Everything is packed and delivered with love and care! Shipping costs are the same as for a normal order.

For amounts from €250.00, the entrepreneur first sends a quote to the consumer. After approval and signing of this quotation, the entrepreneur will only purchase the requested order for the consumer.
Right of withdrawal:
This extra service is offered as a service by the entrepreneur. The final order is only made with the express consent of the consumer and therefore falls under Article 8. Exclusion of right of withdrawal (General terms and conditions). The consumer is therefore not entitled to his right of withdrawal in this case.

As a result, items ordered on request can no longer be cancelled, returned or exchanged after ordering. This is because the entrepreneur does not have it as standard in their range and the consumer has also agreed to this order and these conditions.
