How cool, you have shopped one of our products and photographed it beautifully in your interior. We would like to share your photo with our followers and customers so that we can inspire them too. We need your permission to share your photo. You do this by using #YesYMHomeCreations.

If you use the hashtag #YesYMHomeCreations, you give us permission for the following:

• Share your photo via our various Social Media channels.
• Use your photo for online advertisements, our e-mail newsletter, online leaflets and brochures.
• Use your photo on our website Y&M Home Creations
• Use your photo in our offline media.
• Use your photo in offline and online materials and media in our physical stores.
• Are you or someone from your household in the photo? You also give us permission using #YesYMHomeCreations to use your photo in the same ways;
• We do not share or use photos with children in them.

Property

The photo you share with us remains your property. Even after giving permission via #YesYMHomeCreations

Attribution

Of course, we always mention your Social Media account with which you shared the photo. If it has happened that your name has not been added or has been added incorrectly to your photo, please let us know by sending an email to customerservice@ymhomecreations.nl with the subject 'permission #YesYMHomeCreations'. Let us know which Social Media account it concerns and on which page you saw the photo without attribution by sending the website link and a screenshot of the page.

No permission/delete photo

Would you rather not have us share your photo on our channels? Of course that is possible. You don't have to do anything then. If you don't respond with #YesYMHomeCreations, nothing will happen and we won't use the photo.

Have you already given us permission, but do you regret it? You can withdraw your consent by emailing us. Send an email to customerservice@ymhomecreations.nl with the subject 'no permission #YesYMHomeCreations'. Let us know in the email which photo it is and send us a screenshot and website link. The photo will be deleted within 30 days. If it concerns a sent e-mail newsletter or other offline marketing, etc., the photo can unfortunately no longer be deleted, but we will of course not do it again after your message.

User Agreement

• You grant Y&M Home Creations a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce the content via the services or third-party services for commercial purposes. There are no restrictions or limitations associated with this.
• Y&M Home Creations or third parties on behalf of Y&M Home Creations may use your work to create derivative works. With regard to this derivative work, you have no right to inspect or approve the work, the advertising text that is linked to it or the purpose for which it is used.
• You waive any claims to royalties with respect to your content or derivative works thereof.
