Saturday morning

Via a DM on Facebook we received a question from a follower where those tiger head Christmas baubles were for sale. She couldn't find them in the webshop, but she really wanted to buy them. She also asked if there were any more variants for sale. Her daughter is crazy about tiger prints.

We contacted her that same morning. That day we went to the wholesaler to buy Christmas baubles for the webshop, so we could immediately go and have a look for her. We wrote down her wishes and with that we went to the wholesaler. During the contact, we asked her if she would like us to contact her via WhatsApp if we were at the wholesaler to show her a few things, so that she could make her own choices. That was a good idea, so we agreed that way.

Wholesale

Once we arrived at the wholesaler, we contacted her and so the 'Personal Shopping' began. We took photos & videos and continuously sent them to her. In addition, she was immediately able to pass on more wishes and we started looking for her again. Ultimately, we came to a nice purchase together with her and it became a spontaneous, successful 'Personal Shopping'.

Customer

This was a super fun first experience for us, as Y&M Home Creations. It all started so spontaneously and fortunately the customer experienced it that way too.
