Additional information about the LED Candles

1. Some candles already include batteries. These are trial batteries (there is no warranty)
2. Some candles have a plastic tab on the back, pull that out first.
3. There is a switch at the bottom.

4. Is the LED candle not working? Then put in a new battery. Usually it is resolved then. Or check whether the buttons at the bottom are positioned correctly. It could happen that the timer gets stuck for a while.
5. There may be a color difference between the candles, because the color has been adjusted slightly so that it is more similar for all candles and there is less difference between the candles. So your new order may not be exactly the same color as the items you already have. Unfortunately, this cannot be prevented with innovation and improvement of the products. There is little that can be done about this and it is also outside the warranty or right to another candle.
6. The LED Candles cannot be placed in full sunlight. Please take this into account. Discoloration or melting of the candles is not covered by the warranty.
7. LED Candles cannot be left in the rain. Water damage is therefore not covered by the warranty.
8.The LED Candles are made from the same wax as real candles. If they fall too hard or land incorrectly, they can break.

Additional information about the batteries
Various batteries can be used for the LED candles.
- AA battery penlite
- AAA battery penlite
- Button Cell Battery

Make sure that you handle the button cell battery well because that has a lot to do with the fact that they run out quickly. Never pick up the button cell battery with your fingers. Then you discharge the battery and drastically reduce the number of hours the battery lasts. It is better to pick up the battery with tweezers and put it in the candle.

Button cell batteries are currently only in the tea lights & mini pillar candle. The rest are penlite batteries.

Battery runs out quickly in the candle. This may have various causes

1. The battery has been there for a long time. (Could be at home, but could also be in the store.)
2. The brand of battery used. (There are so many different suppliers in terms of batteries these days)
3. The type of battery you use. Example: Alkaline battery has a shorter lifespan than a lithium battery.
4. Which model of battery you use. A button cell battery also runs out faster than a Penlite.
5. Switch at the bottom of the candle is on the timer. Even though the candle is out, it also drains the battery.
6. The candle is at the highest position (it has 3 positions)
7. The size of the candle. A tea light burns out faster than a mini pillar candle. Of course, this also applies to the dinner candle & the normal pillar candle.
8. We cannot guarantee how long an LED candle will last on a battery. This is because it is related to many factors.

Never compare candles from different brands.There could be so many different reasons.
