New logo

After more than 1.5 years, John, I and my team decided to have a new logo designed. A logo that suits us more. The colors of the website have also changed slightly. You might now be thinking, “Why?” I'd like to tell you this.

When I started Y&M Home Creations it was always difficult to immediately have a good logo made that really suits you and the items you sell. This is because you don't yet know exactly which 'direction' you are going to take with your shop. Now, more than 1.5 years later, my team and I have found out more about this and we came to the conclusion that the logo no longer completely suited Y&M Home Creations. But then the question is: What are you going to do? And more importantly: When are you going to change it?
Since I decided to purchase my first company car at the end of 2022 and it was also going to have lettering, it was a great opportunity for me to have a new logo designed and immediately applied to the entire site.

Together with an advertising agency, I sat down and came to the conclusion that the logo should be a bit sleeker and therefore a bit more chic. In itself, not much needed to be changed as I already liked the letters Y&M in terms of font style and it really suits my company. So that took some searching for the right font, but that's what we had our advertising agency for. We wanted HOME CREATIONS to be sleek. And when that was done, the color was adjusted slightly and there was our new logo.

The letters Y and M will become our logo and you will see them more often. Especially in our marketing and if you save our webshop on your computer, those 2 letters will also appear again as a kind of icon.

All in all, it was an exciting time, but also a very nice time at the end of 2022. Because yes, you are not just going to change everything. But I, together with my team, are very happy with the end result.

So to be clear:
Y&M Home Creations has not changed anything, only our logo & corporate identity has changed!! Or should I say better: "We have moved with the times we are in now!"
