Hello, nice to see that you are still a member of our quality mark.
As you know, we want your store to be up to date with the latest laws and regulations. That's why we offer the option to have your online store checked every year for free. To ensure that your online store meets all requirements, we ask you to register your online store for a re-inspection. We will then check your online store and send an inspection report by email.
After a successful re-inspection the Super Legally Checked Badge will appear on your membership page. This remains active for 12 months, until you register again for a re-examination the following year. This shows your customers that you are up to date with the laws and regulations.

The General Terms and Conditions must be findable and meet our requirements; they are of great importance: good general terms and conditions prevent legal conflicts.
Privacy Statement
Informing visitors about the use of their data is very important. And a comprehensive Privacy Statement should not be missing. It gives your customers clarity about their rights, your cookie policy and how data is processed. • Customers who leave personal data have rights over this data. Right of withdrawal

Then you must refund the entire order amount including shipping costs within 14 days after the return notification.
